Rules and Regulations
Medical Facilities :
The institution has a small dispensary. In serious cases, students are sent to Haldwani. The school does it's best to provide the required medical aid but does not owe any responsibility for accidents or mishaps beyond control.
Valuables
Guardians are advised not to give valuable articles like costly watches, cameras, gold & jewellery etc. to their wards when they come to the school. The school does not take any responsibility for the loss of such valuables.

Correspondence
All the correspondence hence forth to be done through net only. Hence parents should submit their valid e-mail ids. Parents can go through their ward's performance, etc through the net whose website address is mentioned on the cover page along with our e-mail id.
Visiting
Parents please strictly refer to the fixture given to you.
Attendance
Children who appear for Board examination must have full attendance. Children with short attendance will not be allowed to appear for the board examination of classes IX, X, XI and XII.

Fees and Payments:
The school fees is to be paid in two equal installments 1st during the time of admission and 2nd in the 1st week of August. If the installment of school fees are not paid within due time, a penalty of ` 100 per day is levied. Payment should be made to the school by Pay Order / Demand Draft drawn in favour of 'Don Bosco Girls college' payable at Haldwani.
Withdrawals
Guardians who wish to withdraw their wards at the end of a term have to give two months notice preceding the commencement of the next term, failing which they have to pay the full fee. Students withdrawn during the middle of the year will be required to pay the fee of whole year. In case of new admission fees once paid will not be refunded. A transfer certificate is issued only after all dues have been cleared.
Winter Study Camp
Since following winter vacation, Board Exams commence almost immediately, a winter study camp is run in the school for class XII. Charges for this study camp are not included in the routine fee schedule.
Leave Rules
Ordinarily, no leave is granted during the term. Leave for religious functions and marriages should be avoided to the utmost possible extent. In case of the marriage of real brothers and sisters or parent's brothers and sisters, leave may be granted if applied for in advance, accompanied by the printed invitation card. No leave is granted during examination.
If a student remains absent without information for a week after vacations his name will be struck off the rolls. Students should come back to school on the date given after the holidays.
Food and Messing
There is a common dining hall where veg & non-veg well balanced food is provided. The food is wholesome and nutritious.
